Upon confirmation of the right to purchase a flat, they can access their personal electronic cabinets and sign apartment selection requests on the sales day.

Furthermore, individuals wishing to obtain apartments through loans can sign the loan agreement with the approved agent banks in advance using SİMA İmza through the e-gov.az portal.

According to information provided by the State Housing Construction Agency, a total of 432 apartments located in Baku, Ganja, and Sumgayit will be sold on December 16, 2023, at 11:00.
