Sadig Yolchuyev received a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Baku State University, a master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and a Master's degree in Automated Design Systems (by field) from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.

S.Yolchuyev worked as a Senior Security Administrator at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of the Information Technology Department at the State Treasury Agency. He is a member of the Board of Directors “AzInTelecom” LLC.
