The new Video call solution of SİMA KYC product included in the platform has been launched.

SİMA's Video Call solution, created based on the market demand of banks and other financial institutions, is a video meeting software that provides secure video calls between customers and service providers. This program, which fully meets the requirements and regulations of the Central Bank, greatly simplifies the remote account opening process for new customers.

Thanks to SİMA's biometrics technology, the “Videozəng” solution performs several forms of vitality testing, which determines both identity identification and full compliance of the call. Prevents fraud and fraud through strong two-factor authentication and liveness tests.
