Electrical Engineer

Division: Department of Technology / Division of Support for Data Center Infrastructure

City: Yevlakh

Required knowledge and skills:

  • Understanding cooling systems
  • Rules to operate transformer, generator, UPS, chiller as a single system
  • Installation, rules of operation of electrical installations and power equipment
  • Ability to read single line electrical diagrams of high and low voltage
  • Basic knowledge of BMS, PMS, DMS, PLC systems
  • Ability to read the plan of access control and video surveillance systems and rules of operation
  • Rules of operation of various types of electrical, signaling and communication cables
  • Plan for the elimination of possible accidents in electrical installations
  • Having the ability to solve problems and make decisions

Job discription:

  • Ensuring the normal and safe operation of the equipment used.
  • Conducting technical reviews based on a periodic plan

  • Organization of sustainable and trouble-free operation of cooling and ventilation systems.

Education:

  • Higher education in the field of electrical engineering or automation.

Languages skills:

  • Azerbaijani and English (intermediate), Russian (desired)

  • Technical knowledge on the basic networks, transmissions, transport equipment;

  • Work experience with network protocols;

  • High degree of knowledge of the operating principles of computers and hardware and the ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot when any problem arises;
  • Ms Exchange Server, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, GPO, FTP, SNMP • SMTP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSH;
  • Information about MS Office;
  • Technical knowledge, experience and skills under CCNA certificates;
  • Ability to read, observe the internal processes and express own proposals;

Job discription:

  • Management of incidents and alarms that occurred in the Network Operations Center, ensuring the networks sustainability through appropriate technological and operational measures, including the control and elimination of emergency situations;
  • Analysis of network incidents and determination of the level of their impact, execution of supporting documentation based on a determined emergency priority (trouble ticket) and send to the developer to analyze the problem;
  • Organization of the workflow through interactive communication, teamwork and document management processes;
  • Network equipment monitoring;
  • Alarm occurring in the network and equipment, malfunction investigation at the Layer1 level;
  • Acceptance of requests from customers;
  • Primary customer support;

Education:

  • Higher education in telecommunications / IT.

  • 20-30 years

Languages skills:

  • Azerbaijani, Russian or English (at a technical level)

  • Examination of potential customers and sending notifications;
  • Involving customers to purchase products in a stubborn manner;

  • Higher education (bachelor or master) in marketing, management, financial and economic or business administration.

  • Azerbaijani; preference is given to people speaking Russian and English

Work schedule:

  • from 09:00 to 18:00; (from Monday to Friday) or depending on the student’s class shift from 09:00 to 13:00, from 14:00 to 18:00

Durability of internship:
