Department: Technology Department / Service Operations Center

Required knowledge and skills:
• Have technical knowledge of main networks, transmission, transport equipment;
• Understanding of network technologies,
• Experience working with network protocols;
• Knowledge of application systems such as VMWare Mobile Device Management, HP OpenView ServiceDesk;
• High level of knowledge of computer and hardware operation mechanism and ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot problems;
• Ms Exchange Server, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, GPO, FTP, SNMP • SMTP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSH;
• Information about MS Office;
• Have technical knowledge, experience and skills on CCNA certifications;
• Ability to read, follow and articulate internal company processes;

Responsibilities:
• Management of incidents and accident signals at the Network Operations Center, ensuring the stability of networks through appropriate process and operational measures, as well as monitoring and resolving accidents;
• Analyzing network incidents to determine the level of impact, maintain trouble documentation based on the identified crash priority, and refer to the executor for problem analysis;
• Organization of the work process through interactive communication, teamwork and document management processes;
• Monitoring of network equipment;
• Investigate network and equipment malfunctions at Layer1 level;
• Receive incoming inquiries from customers;
• Initial technical support to customers;

Education:
• Higher in telecommunications / IT

Age limit:
• 20-30 years old

Language skills:
• Azerbaijani, Russian or English (technical level)

Work experience:
• 1-3 years of work experience in the relevant field

Operating mode:
• Multi-shift work 24/7
