Vacancy: Corporate Sales Manager

Job Description:

Corporate sales manager is responsible for managing the sales efforts of their company. They oversee all aspects of the sales process, from developing a strategy to finding new clients to closing deals and ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goals.

Corporate sales manager often works with teams of salespeople who specialize in different areas or products. They may also be responsible for overseeing other corporate marketing initiatives, such as advertising campaigns or public relations efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, customers, and partners to promote long-term success
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and align them with the company’s offerings
  • Generate reports on sales activity and pipeline progress, and share insights with senior management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and vendors
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company and build relationships
  • Managing the sales team’s (farmer) performance, including coaching them on effective sales techniques and providing feedback to improve performance
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales through existing, new products or services by researching new markets for existing products or identifying new product opportunities
  • Communicating with company executives about sales goals and progress towards those goals
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers by providing them with information about new products or services that may interest them
  • Reviewing sales reports to determine if any changes need to be made to the sales process
  • Estimating potential sales volume based on the cost of the product or service and the target market’s ability to pay for it
  • Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that each step of the sales process runs smoothly
  • Determining pricing strategies for products or services based on customer needs and available resources
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in related filed
  • Knowledge/sales experience of  IT, Cloud and related products
  • Understanding customer IT trends
  • Working knowledge of CRM software
  • 3 years of experience (Experience in IT companies preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs;
  • Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented sales person
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Good planning, organizing and coordinating skills
  • Leadership skills;
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian or English
